Directed the design, development, and deployment of a comprehensive Planview Project Portfolio Management/IT Governance product. Worked with customers to identify priorities, design targeted projects, and secure funding for projects. Ensured on-time delivery of software products by performing lead software development on several projects. Coordinated technical development priorities with staff resources to ensure on-schedule delivery. Aligned product scope and requirements with market research and client needs to aide and advance the design and development of complex enterprise systems. Leveraged expertise in requirements gathering, functional/design specifications, and testing.
