Compiled and updated the costing model for UN four duty stations (year 2008-2009). Defined the elements of each cost line in text. Updated workload standards and statistics. Communicated with and collected information from difference departments. Developed spreadsheets on request using Excel. Helped to verify annual budget reports. Distributed and replied to incoming mail from the public. Responded to telephone and visitor inquiries at the Visitors Service Desk. Assisted department during conferences. Maintained database in Microsoft Access to track UN Speakers and schools for education briefings. Edited and finalized department publications. Contacted briefing and meeting speakers.
