As a Senior Consultant, and Associate, Mr. James has flourished in the course of his duties to expand and increase information sharing among and between federal, state, and local law enforcement and the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Mr. James interacts with all levels of the government, from junior military members to SES levels and senior policy makers. Mr. James continues to exhibit great skill as an All Source Intelligence Analyst which has greatly enabled the growth of the ADNET Program by expanding the ADNET presence within the FBI, DOJ, HIDTA, and United States Coast Guard.
