Daily Duties at Securitas Systems, Inc. (Now Niscayah):

Directed and coordinated activities of project teams to ensure that goals and objectives of the projects were accomplished on time, implemented at or below the estimated cost, and billed in a timely fashion throughout the duration of the project. Other Duties included, but not limited to: •Prepare and update project schedule and cost estimates •Obtained, organized, and maintained all project contract documents •Coordinated project in accordance with contract documents and approved sales estimate •Scheduled and conducted all project construction meetings •Prepared installation subcontractor bidding documents and negotiated subcontracts •Managed resources by planning, scheduling and forecasting manpower and resource requirements •Managed subcontractors to deliver high quality installation on schedule •Reviewed and approved material and subcontract invoices for payment •Managed all document control for projects, including, but not limited to: RFI's, meeting minutes, punch lists, transmittal log, submittal log, change order log and issues log •Prepared project billing revenue forecasts and schedule of values •Produced all project submittals •Reviewed all estimates and change orders for accuracy •Was accountable for financial management on all assigned projects •Coordinated and directed project closure to customer •Prepared and delivered final project documentation to the customer and collected payment, as necessary
