Responsible for entering payments into the State's accounting system and payroll system. Provided analysis and projections for the preparation of the bi-annual budget. Reviewed and prepared accounting and budgetary documents and monitored account balances. Responsible for the payroll and human resources functions, including the addition of new employees, entering all payroll information, and conformance with the allotted budgetary amounts. Responsible for the collection and preparation of financial data for the annual audit. Responsible for all purchases for the organization. Responsible for preparing the annual CAFR. Served as Security Liaison back-up. Researched investments and assisted in setting up new and terminating prior investment manager accounts.
