Daily Duties at St. John's University:

Planning, managing, and executing alumni/donor related events and high-level events in coordination with the President’s Office; managing pre-event and day of logistics Work with assigned clients to: ensure timely production and distribution of event collateral; ensure that pre- and post event publicity and advertising; prepare and distribute up-to-date reservation list, define objectives, and allocate budgets.
