Daily Duties at Desert Island Restaurants :
Worked with CEO & CFO in developing marketing budgets, advertising and public relations functions in all three markets for their Asian Division, Thaifoon & Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar & Grill. Responsible for development, implementation and execution of marketing strategies and advertising strategies. Including all creative ads for publications as well as in store point of purchase materials. Heavy hand in daily management operations of a staff of 92 employees. Responsible for off premise and group sales of the restaurant.
