Daily Duties at South County Concepts:
Promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing after the opening of the second 17,000 square foot free standing TAPS location in Corona, CA. Responsible for overseeing the marketing for the Inland Empire location, Orange County location as well as the re-opening of The Catch restaurant in Anaheim. Created the foundation for the private dining sales department for all three locations where it contributes $700,000 in sales annually. Created and streamlined the private dining departments, for all three locations. Training and development of private dining managers now seeing sales increases of 10% over previous years for both TAPS locations. Menu design and development for all three locations, marketing budgets, website & social media maintenance, in-store & off site event promotions. Creative director for all P.O.P materials and marketing collateral, advertising and promotional campaigns. $17 million in sales annually.
