Daily Duties at Bridgehouse:
Provided professional nursing services to clients at the Duluth Crisis/Transition Unit and Outreach Service (Bridge House). Both facilities provide crisis stabilization services to groups such as developmentally disabled and chemically dependent. Responsibilities included organizing nursing care through assessment, teaching, planning, implementation and evaluating care in order to provide necessary treatment services. I also administered medications as well as establishing productive relationships with community providers serving the same clients.
