Daily Duties at St. Mary's Duluth Clinic:
Coordinated care for patients receiving treatment in the oncology clinic by collaborating with other health team members and community resources. Facilitated an optimal level of health for the patients. This position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients, co-workers and others. Strong communication skills are needed to elicit responses for accurate patient assessment and development of a therapeutic plan of care. Critical thinking and organizational skills were necessary in addition to the ability to stay focused and use good judgement in emergency situations.
