Daily Duties at The Counter Shop:
For the past 14 years I have owned and operated a custom countertop shop along with continuing kitchen installations. I have always seen the jobs all the way through from demo to completion. I have trained and supervised several employees as well as taught troubled high school kids a trade so when they graduate they can get a job. Provided excellent customer service, most of my customer base were repeat or referrals. Experienced in customer account management.
