Daily Duties at Five Star Audio Visual :
Represented Five Star Corporation by performing contractual obligations that provides in-house AV services in accordance to hotel policies & procedures of servicing their guests. Coordinated AV set-up requirements with hotel banquet departments and staff by attending weekly BEO meetings. Maintained audiovisual equipment and provided AV support for guests staying on property. Submitted the day’s end billing to Hotel Auditor. Met the client’s budgetary need on their projects. Performed the setup, technical operation, and the removal of audiovisual equipment. Responsible for the sub contracting and sub rental of any additional labor or equipment not available on property. Performed the duties of show or event producer, coordinator, or director.
