Provided a high level of customer service to new and existing AV sales accounts. Negotiated rental sales and service contracts with clientele. Met the client’s budgetary need on their projects. Reduced company operations costs while maintaining significant profit on services rendered and equipment rentals. Designed audio and video systems by creating detailed mechanical drawings that show the structure and function of each component of the system. Responsible for the sub contracting and sub rental of any additional labor or equipment. Performed the duties of show or event producer, coordinator, or director. Submitted monthly sales & expense reports to the Director of Rental Sales department.
