Daily Duties at Champs Sports:
Handled and oversaw all the day-to-day processes in the store. Managed the product inventory, salespersons, goods for display and sales. Supervised and participated in recruiting by conducting interviews of eligible candidates. Trained and developed all employees and salespersons. Developed the workplace scheduling process. Ensured that the products and goods effectively met the customers’ needs. Coordinated with the divisional heads regarding the setting of sales strategies. Worked with the advertising department to prepare plans that would generate new customers for the store.
