Daily Duties at Harry And David:
Accountable for product design, development and introduction of all hard goods in multiple store chain with 120+ stores and annual volume of $110MM. Responsibilities included domestic and overseas sourcing, financial and store merchandising management strategies, building productive vendor relationships, leading and developing support staff, maximizing merchandise assortment that was synergistic for both Harry and David Stores and Catalog.
