Daily Duties at Sci:
P&L responsibility. Co-founded this start-up from the ground up growing to 20+ professionals, overseeing strategic planning, business development, operations planning, and resource management. Applied organizational, operational and systemic resources to enhance fiscal results. Business development of over $6,500,000 in new business projects and programs and establishing business alliances for future business prospects across international complex, multi-site industrial organizations in diverse industries.
