Daily Duties at Toshiba American Information Systems:
Worked directly for GM, administrating formal six sigma program (Management Innovation). Responsible for division meeting all project, training and savings quota, tracking and reporting all project and training status. Worked directly with executives to develop Strategy Maps and Balances Scorecards for both departments and divisions to insure cohesiveness and dependencies. Responsible for identifying and initiating division wide project and fostering cross departmental cooperation. Participated in project prioritization, project team selection, leading team meetings and reporting project status and accomplishments to executive team, GM and company President.
