Operate a growing call center for the purpose of handling collections call and modifications calls for a large mortgage company. Currently 120 agents, to be 300 agents by August 2010. * Recruited over 120 call center agents and 9 supervisors * Met all performance objectives set forth * Improved overall call quality * Primary contact for lender, ensuring positive communications and excellent overall service. * Responsible for overseeing project/growth plan
