Supervised logistical and registration support for all conferences and senior-level meetings with attendance up to 1,000 people. Managed meeting registration, prepared program budgets and coordinated with event staff. Developed, managed and reconciled budgets for events and meetings. Organized small tradeshows and booth construction. Established and maintained third party vendor relationships. Negotiated contracts for meetings and events. Responsible for supervising site selections and conference giveaways.
