Daily Duties at Pmi, Inc:

Directed and executed all logistical efforts for on- and off-site executive meetings and events for CEO and Chairman’s Office including 30 executives and 12 board members. Administered and reviewed hotel and third party vendor contracts. Supervised and monitored on- and off-site staff for meeting and events. Provied budget preparation and analysis for all meetings and events; Laision for all third party vendors; negotiated all contracts for events and meetings; provided executive support for President and CEO when necessary.
