Primary focus was to establish accounting infrastructure and organization, and prepare the company for capital fund raising efforts. Supervised operating unit Controllers in Russia and China. Processed commercial letters of credit and managed daily accounting functions-A/R, A/P, Inventory, prepared monthly financial statements. Worked with outside consultants in developing business plan and 5 year financial model.
