Daily Duties at Sbc:
Managed up to 14 pre-sales network design engineers, including level-III subject-matter experts. Reporting to regional VP, assisted with developing and managing $200K lab-equipment budget. Developed spreadsheets, forecasting and reporting tools to manage $1.2M personnel expense budget. Mentored and trained team members and vendors. Quality-checked engineering designs, SOWs, and BOMs for coherence, accuracy, and completeness. Prioritized team’s workload while maintaining productivity, meeting schedules, and providing excellent customer service.
