Provides maintenance, repair, installation and diagnosis of, to include, troubleshooting to a component level with problem resolution at various customer sites. • Installs and Repairs equipment at customer's location as required. • Acts as liaison between customer and company providing feedback regarding quality and customer satisfaction. • Determines best method to resolve problems ensuring customer satisfaction. • Provides customer knowledge and training of proper usage of equipment.
