Daily Duties at Access Communications:

Executed event planning, inclding food and beverage selection, site selection and contracting, and audio visual. Coordinated and communicated with medical and healthcare professionals to schedule various programs. Interacted daily with clients and vendors with a strong focus on customer service and communications. Ensured data entry, record keeping and follow-up to ensure appropriate coordination and tracking with close attention to detail. Vendor Relations Management: responsible for executing contracts with “Preferred Vendors” along with commissions based on total revenues spent annually, along with strict budget negotiating to fit our needs.
