Daily Duties at Qvc, Inc:
Oversaw training of 150 Training Assistants. Partnered with HR in interviewing, hiring, separating, employee dispute resolution. Consulted with Management on employee performance improvement. Developed instructional materials once site needs were determined in terms of technical training. Partnered with management and HR to improve employee morale. Effectively established and maintained excellent working relationships with all support departments both at our site and at other site locations across the US.
