Daily Duties at Metro Wave Communications:

P&L with daily operations responsibility. Responsible for business development, operations organization, customer relation/retention, pricing/proposals, ROI analysis, and contract administration. Establish and improve policy and procedures, operation metrics and KPIs. Negotiate supply agreements with vendor partners. Interface with community leaders, Chamber of Commerce, and industry service organizations. Collaborate with Sales Agents to develop and present compelling wireless solutions for enterprise accounts. Develop provider relationships, service level agreements and master wholesale agreements with major collocation facility operators to provide wireless backhaul network. Direct billing coordination for services through Company’s OSS/BSS support systems. Negotiate leases, collocation, roof rights and tower attachments with provider management/landlords. Negotiate software license and royalty agreements with manufacturer and distribution partners. Review and approve financial reports and interface with prospective investors and key shareholders. Responsible for quarterly BOD operations.
