Daily Duties at Cleartel Communications:

Lead and direct network engineering and operations departments including: engineering, NOC (tier 2 & 3), switching center, provisioning, field installation/repair, project management, carrier relations, material sourcing/purchasing, and cost of service/billing mediation. Establish goals and objectives for key performance metrics. Overall management scope included 5 Directors, 8 Managers, and over 125 individual contributors. Manage vendor and supplier contracts, inventory management, and carrier cost of service. Manage Call Center network for 4 major centers (Costa Rica, Vancouver, Miami, and Orlando) with over 300 customer service agents. Negotiate facility lease agreements with property management/landlords, service agreements, master purchase agreements, LEC interconnection agreements, and support agreements. Formulate Business Health Indicators and measure service results.
