Served as Contract Technical Manager Representative for Major Subcontract providing Chemical Sampling/Analysis and Precision Cleaning support to EG&G; provided special support for hazardous/controlled waste projects to include definition, establishment, and technical management of the first ongoing chemical waste "Lab Pack" disposal contract for KSC, CCAFS and PAFB; established and chaired team including representatives from NASA KSC, Air Force, and contractor representatives from KSC, CCAFS and PAFB to address concerns and potential solutions associated with management of lab pack chemical wastes and unused chemical product waste streams; implemented hazardous/controlled waste computer tracking system developed under the prior Boeing Services contract; provided significant contributions to the initial development of the EG&G Florida Hazard Communication Program.
