Daily Duties at Oyster Bay Pump Work, Inc.:

Accountable to plan, organize, direct planning and control of all production orders to be processed for custom machines used in research. Responsible for any order issues/repairs, test, evaluate and coordinate work-orders necessary to completion with recommendations. Responsible for planning work scheduling and for leading and directing crews. Layout of equipment. Provide experience in machining management, guidance and leadership. Maintain weekly work schedules to coordinate with upcoming projects as well as ongoing projects. Lead and direct the component design and test team. Collaborate with other departments. Order any necessary equipment, tools, materials, etc. Implement changes as needed.
