I originated affordable loan products through marketing efforts with the real estate community, community based groups and non-profit organizations. I advised management of external factors that may affect lending policies, pricing and product development, in order remain competitive and in compliance with new and revised legislation and regulations. I also taught new real estate agents on the basic principles of mortgage finance and how to pre-qualify protential home buyers.
