Daily Duties at Boise State University:

Created roadmap and drafted long- and short-term plans that positioned this growing College of Engineering as a nationally recognized engineering school. Oversaw planning function, directed maintenance, engineering, and plant operations programs to ensure optimal functioning, and remedied maintenance issues. Directed team of 200 staff and contractors accountable for building and ground maintenance and renovations, including lab systems. Prepared and reviewed bids and purchased supplies. Aligned efforts with college and regulatory and government standards.
