Daily Duties at Countrywide Home Loans:
My major responsibilities were to developed strategic and tactical plans that enhanced and increased the purchase production and penetration rates for multicultural markets/diverse segments. I established and monitored production goals fot maximum results. I Proactively identified performance gaps, trends and relevant issues. I also provided strategic direction to the regional personnel on the recruitment and retention of sales and operations staffs. I was instrumental in developing strategic business relations that enhanced loan production and business development opportunities.
