Daily Duties at Wellpoint, Inc. (Unicare):

Responsible for answering questions from members and providers concerning medical benefits, claims issues and other related issues such as assisting members in locating PPO and HMO providers. Performed in the capacity of a senior representative by answering supervisor calls from lower-level representatives. Assigned to work with VIP clients because of the quality of my customer service.
