Daily Duties at Kelly Services:
● Successfully opened new office for a new sales territory. ● Responsible for meeting and exceeding financial targets (sales, fees, gross profit, contribution) ● Developed business strategy and business development plans for new territory growth ● Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers. ● Assisted as subject matter expert for workforce issues pertaining to Federal, State, and OSHA guidelines. ● Perform investigations, mediations and interviews for workers comp and employee claims. ● Continuous focus on customer service, market growth, business development and community presence. ● Develop and execute customer presentations with consultative sales approach. ● Responsible for multi-million dollar P & L and monitoring SG&A for all district branches
