Daily Duties at Health Net:

Maintained 99.5% system availability for Macess Imaging & Workflow and Magic Appeals & Grievance systems for constant end user access. Also played a key role in the system upgrade from IMAX to EXP Macess; learned the new system and trained end users while maintaining all production SLA’s and supporting the Northeast IMAX system.
