Daily Duties at Cognizant Technologies:

Assigned to the Health Net account to continue my responsibilities as Sr. Macess System Administrator. Assumed the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) as a rebadged Cognizant associate and performed knowledge transfer (KT) to new associates assigned to the Health Net account.
