Reported to the Chief Organizational Effectiveness Officer to train and develop the Corporate Leadership and Management Staff of North America to establish a new long-term strategy with specific responsibility for the creation and training of a holistic approach to Quality Management and the execution of new initiatives and program management methodologies.
