Direct fundraising resource development and total volunteer program for hospital, all departments, etc. Direct activities of 15 member staff. Communicate progress of devision to internal and external stakeholders. Direct activities of Foundation, which consists of a 18 member board of directors. Solicit funds from individuals, corporations, foundations, associations and organizations. Direct all aspects of a capital campaign, designed to generate $8.5 million for the renovation of a Pediatric Trauma and Emergency Center. Oversee volunteer program recruit, orientation and training engaging 1,500 volunteers annually. Coordinate division activities and plans with senior management team at hospital.
