Played a functional daily role in promoting and implementing an autonomous maintenance program, which included preventive maintenance, and predicted repairs. This program assigned higher levels of ownership and responsibility to the machine operators, and established a forum in which they could directly contribute recommendations regarding preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and equipment quality and productivity.
