Assisted with acquisition, development and all the pre-opening stages of this brand new Hotel. Created and implemented the marketing and media plan for the hotel start up Implemented sales, marketing and media strategies to bring occupancy levels to 85% in under 2 years raising the position of the Hotel to a top National and recognition on the International market Managed and staffed the Sales, Banquets, Reservations and Public Relations Departments Responsible for overseeing a sales and management team of 12 persons
