Major responsibilities included providing EDD Services, Identifying solutions for files that could not be processed, data manipulation, backing up data vital for organization. * Worked directly with key financial and legal clients including Mcdermott Will & Emery, Kramer Lavin Neftalis and Sullivan & Cromwell. Understood there Litigation and Support needs and provided them Document managent and EDD solutions * Highly accurate and timely meeting of deadlines. * Responsible for quality control, assuring products are secure and presentable. * Train new hires on Law 5.0 and Concordance. Assisted senior staff with project documentation and timely reports using Ms Excel.
