Daily Duties at Jri America:

Direct the planning, design, testing, development, and product enhancement for E-Moneyger, an online cash management system for the Americas and Europe. Oversaw team of developers and QA team (locally and offshore). Managed all aspects of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including QA testing, scheduled performance and Internet penetration testing; identifying, tracking, and closing project issues; and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and User signoff prior to all production releases. Coordinated and negotiated outside vendors, offshore resources, build schedules, and staffing to meet key timeline and project deliverables. Interfaced with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels. Conducted weekly PMO meetings for business and senior IT management teams across Americas and Europe; also provided weekly status updates to executive management. Provided training on project methodologies and used of application to various departments prior to product launch. Ensured compliance with Federal Reserve’s requirements.
