Daily Duties at Phillips Construction, Llc:
Responsibilities include preparation of budgets and budget updates, change order proposals, schedules, pay estimates, selection of subcontractors and suppliers, submittal preparation, problem resolution and communication with project owners/clients. Negotiate contract and change order terms. Responsible for project monthly cost and status review. Visits project locations as needed to coordinate with the Superintendent and to meet with the Owner’s Representative. Ensure work is performed according contract documents and quality control requirements. Manage project personnel and equipment. Responsible for meeting scheduling and financial goals of the project. Additional duties include taking off quantities, estimating and preparation and submission of bids for local, state, federal and private projects
