Founding member of start-up FocalBridge, an IT consulting firm focusing on development and delivery of business analytics solutions, primarily with Microsoft SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities involved strategic planning, marketing and sales, and providing expert knowledge in the areas of auditing, business intelligence, client relationship management, process automation, and systems integration. Clients included government agencies and firms in retail, telecom, transportation, environmental studies, and business services industries. • • Empowered clients with direct control of content management and customer communications without requiring technical skill retraining through deployment of content management systems based on the DNN framework.
