 Facilitate biweekly team meetings to review current and upcoming marketing activities  Ensure consistent branding and messaging in communications throughout the business  Strategize with marketing team to prepare marketing communications (direct mail, website, email, literature, presentations and newsletters) that support marketing goals  Develop and execute advertising plan to support marketing strategies with marketing team  Plan and execute a 40+ annual trade show program involving various sized shows and involving different promotion and communication strategies  Research market, industry, and competitive information for the development of strategic plans  Implement Customer Survey program on a quarterly basis to determine client satisfaction and needs for future services  Develop, maintain, and analyze annual marketing budget and expenses to allow for forecasting and planning of company finance activities  Serve as Super User for CSM database and provide weekly reports that track current sales goals  Review and format proposal documents to ensure consistent branding and adherence to RFP requirements
