Divisional Materials Lead •Supervised the materials process of 230 wire harnesses for the Ford Ranger and Explorer product lines. •Managed inventories, material flow, forecasting, and continuous improvement activities. •Responsible for timing and tracking the PPAP approval process. •Coordinated alerts/deviations to incorporate design modifications into the production schedule. •Performed the plant and corporate training of Ford DDL system. Quality Field Engineer •Supervised product lines of C/H body switches/modules consisting of 1,100 implements per day. •Managed daily procedures of installation, assessment, and shipment of switches and modules. •Plant liaison for UTA’s General Motors switch and module product lines. •Experienced in FMEA’s control plans, and SPC’s.
