JIT Supply Chain Manager •Supervised and implemented MRP set-up, initial releasing, packaging design, logistics routings, capacity planning, and bill of material structuring. •Developed material flow and shop floor systems to reduce manufacturing costs and raise efficiencies. •Led teams of individuals to implement supply chain enhancements to reduce costs. •Managed all pre-production build activity throughout JCI. •Performed training and implementation of MFP/Pro, a new ERP system.
