Product Manager •Managed the General Motors Customer Team for the seating commodity at JCI’s Center of Excellence. •Created timing plans to adhere to customer and internal program requirements. •Responsible for directing the Cross-Functional teams’ specified responsibilities. •Coordinated internal and external pre-production build requirements and drawing schedules. •Performed approval of purchase order requisitioning and costing of complete seats. •MFG/Pro Implementation Team member. JIT Supply Chain Manager •Supervised and implemented MRP set-up, initial releasing, packaging design, logistics routings, capacity planning, and bill of material structuring. •Developed material flow and shop floor systems to reduce manufacturing costs and raise efficiencies. •Led teams of individuals to implement supply chain enhancements to reduce costs. •Managed all pre-production build activity throughout JCI. •Performed training and implementation of MFP/Pro, a new ERP system.
