Sales team combined over $750K. •Developed web-based systems and portals for new customer business and quoting activities. •Established a multi-line Medicare Supplement and Prescription Drug business division in 2009. •Responsible for field underwriting, internal underwriting negotiation, and customer claims analysis/assistance. •Marketing manager of mailers, print/radio ads, road signs, and flyers resulting in a 200 percent increase in sales within the last nine months. •Client base in the following counties: St. Clair, Tuscola, Huron, Sanilac, Bay, Genesee, Lapeer, Cheboygan, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne, Ottawa, Kent, Eaton, Ingham, and Grand Traverse.
