Led employee benefits consulting division’s account management and client services functions across multiple locations (>$50 m in annual revenue). Created new account management units in Boston and Providence. Ensured division compliance with corporate and employee benefit laws and regulations; improved customer service and financial controls by customizing and implementing a client management and revenue tracking system. Managed corporate projects in a matrix environment. Led strategic planning process, performed P&L analysis as well as financial and performance reporting, developed the budget and managed division expenses for the public sector department (>$13 m in annual revenue).
