Daily Duties at Ubm, Inc.:
Project superintendent and project manager in house contract.Soldier Field renovation, review all invoices, investigate, verify, recommend payments to PBC. Perform minor structural design on repairs, sketches, field verification & accomplishment.O Hare Int'l Terminal 5-land side ,area superintendent, coordinate all the work involving post tensioned bridge, lower level roadway, parking lot and taxiway. Coordinate, schedule inspectors, resolve quality issues, meetings and documentation. The Northern Trust Bank- design build project review and consolidate design drawings from feasibility studies to contract drawings. Contract review and award,secure building permit, coordinate and chaired weekly meetings, with all the designer and manage on site. Assist in the design of restricting the flow of combined storm sewer in 36 drop shat tunnel and the installation of the designed SS sluice gate.
